What we collect

What we do with it

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, quote on work, and deliver projects you engage us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Who else sees it

Only the suppliers that make the site and our email work: our web host (Hostinger), which stores the site and its database, and our email provider, which delivers messages to us. They process this information on our behalf, not for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful and then deleted. If you would like your enquiry removed sooner, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to ask us to correct or delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email info@stonershenanigans.com and we will respond within 45 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and sits behind our host security controls. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Age

This site is intended for people aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
